The king enacted a monetary statute – sir Henning Köningsmark dictated it – Since that money statute was set, many estates were destroyed – the kingdom was plagued with great death, therewith the estates were laid waste – the poor peasants who remained would supply equal provision – where before a hundred peasants lived, there are now hardly twenty estates
